Fashion often sought inspiration from art, and this year, designers have taken it to another level. Designers both established and new are using their garments as a canvas of their chosen artwork, from bold brush strokes and painterly stripes, abstract drawings and portrait, to photography and graffiti. And this was my take on this year’s fashion art fest :)
I bought this top from a lady on Instagram who sells preloved clothings, and for just a fiver, I didn’t bat an eyelid when I bought it. The print of a woman’s portrait with a plant headdress on this top is eye-catching, and somewhat very mysterious. But above all, I think it’s very artistic and I really like it too. I got the skirt with it as well, as I thought it goes well with the top. Just like the woman on this top, I decided to wear a headdress, but unfortunately, I can’t quiet remember the name of the shop where I bought it from. The Zara shoes and Russell and Bromley bag are my old ones.
I love art, and I love fashion, and I hope you’re digging the art prints trend as much as I do. Thanks for dropping by and hope to see you again soon.
